Sliding Scale Eligibility Guidelines
Sliding scale support may be available on a limited basis for families experiencing financial need. Eligibility is based on household size, gross monthly income, current enrollment in qualifying assistance programs, and overall availability.
A family may qualify for sliding scale consideration if they meet one or more of the following:

household income at or below the current Minnesota WIC income guidelines
temporary financial hardship due to job loss, medical expenses, housing instability, single-income transition, or other significant circumstances
Sliding scale support is offered by request only, is not guaranteed, and must be approved before booking. If approved, the adjusted rate and payment terms will be included in the client’s individual contract.
