Gentle in-home postpartum support for families adjusting to life after birth. This package is designed to help you feel cared for, supported, and more confident in the early days home with baby.

Includes support with:

  • newborn care

  • sleep and hunger cues

  • lactation and infant feeding

  • safe sleep and gentle routines

  • babywearing

  • emotional support and birth processing

  • maternal mental health check-ins

  • light household support, including laundry, meal prep, and dishes

  • sibling and family adjustment support

  • confidence-building in caring for your newborn

Best for: families who want short-term support as they transition home and settle into a rhythm.

Postpartum support packages are designed for daytime and overnight support. Daytime shifts may be scheduled in 3–4 hour shifts depending on availability and family needs. Additional daytime support may be added, subject to availability, at $55/hour.

Overnight support is available as well, and requires a minimum 8-hour shift. Overnight care may include newborn care, feeding support, soothing, diaper changes, bottle preparation, pump part cleaning, and helping parents get more restorative rest.

Families who book larger support packages receive a bundled rate:

  • 48 hours: $2,300

  • 60 hours: $2,850

the nurtured fourth trimester

A more supported postpartum experience for families who desire consistent care throughout the fourth trimester. This package offers space for rest, reassurance, education, and practical support as your family adjusts to life with a newborn.

  • newborn care and soothing techniques

  • sleep and hunger cues

  • lactation and infant feeding support

  • pumping preparation and support

  • safe sleep and routines

  • babywearing

  • postpartum recovery support

This package is designed to help you feel prepared before birth and deeply supported once baby is here. We’ll begin with prenatal preparation, education, and home support, then continue into daytime postpartum care as your family recovers, adjusts, feeds, rests, and finds your rhythm.

Includes:

One 2-hour prenatal preparation session
A focused session to help you feel informed and confident before baby arrives. This may include postpartum recovery preparation, newborn care basics, lactation preparation, pump and bottle education, safe sleep setup, emotional preparation, and how to advocate for yourself and your baby.

4 additional prenatal support hours
These hours can be used before baby arrives for nursery organization, postpartum home prep, feeding and pumping preparation, baby product setup, hospital bag prep, or continued education and reassurance.

120 hours of daytime postpartum support
Postpartum support may include newborn care, lactation and feeding support, soothing your baby, diaper changes, bottle preparation, pump part cleaning, light tidying, laundry, dishes, meal prep, sibling support, postpartum recovery support, emotional support, and helping your home feel more manageable during this tender season.

Phone and text support
For reassurance, quick questions, feeding support, and those “is this normal?” moments along the way.

Best for: families who want the most comprehensive support from late pregnancy through the early postpartum weeks, families without nearby support, first-time parents, parents recovering from birth, families with multiples, or anyone wanting the most care and the best bundled value.

Additional daytime support may be added, subject to availability, at $55/hour. Overnight support is available as well and requires a minimum 8-hour shift.

Scheduling and Availability

Postpartum support hours are designed to be used within the first 12 weeks after baby’s arrival, when families often need the most hands-on care, rest, reassurance, and support. Scheduling is based on availability and family needs, with daytime care typically scheduled in 3–4 hour shifts, and overnight care scheduled in a minimum of 8-hour shifts.

*Requests to use hours beyond the 12-week window may be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to availability.

Additional Hours

Additional support may be added as availability allows. Any hours added outside of the original package will be invoiced separately.

To reserve additional care, payment is due before the added shift(s) begin. Once payment is received, those hours will be confirmed on the schedule.

Payment Policy

To reserve your support package, a 25% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of contract signing to reserve your package. The remaining balance is due before the first scheduled support shift. This deposit secures availability on the calendar and goes toward your total package cost.

A limited number of sliding scale support options may be available for families experiencing financial need. These options are offered by request only, based on availability, and determined on a case-by-case basis.
